Super Flight Planner and Windows 7

Super Flight Planner

Though Super Flight Planner development is now stopped (but not abbandoned, however, even If I will have to rewrite anything from scratch), I'm pleased to inform you that there are no major issues related to its usage under the new Microsoft platform.
SFP has been tested with all features turned on and found to be working fine under Windows 7 Ultimate, X86 and X64.

SFP development stopped

Super Flight Planner

Sorry guys, but at the moment that's what it is. I'm busier and busier everyday with my job, and I lack money. Each and every day my mbox is spammed blind so I have stopped reading email at all (only communicating on Facebook after a friend request is sent).
Besides, the hard drive crash I had last month discouraged me from keeping further on: I lost a lot of libraries and source code, a real treasure for such an huge project.
Last but not least, I have lost interest in simming, though I still love it.
Meantime I'll keep the site as there are still ways to help: aircraft repaints and small utilities to name a few. Then, in the future, who knows....
Ciao.

Black Friday - Hard Disk failure

Super Flight Planner

Sad to announce I woke up with bad news this morning. Due to a hard drive failure I have lost a lot of things, including but not limited to, source code. Right now I have been able to restore all data but about 30% of the files seems corrupted: Super Flight Planner 4 source code was not saved as well, consider a couple of months spent for repairing.[...]
At this moment Super Flight Planner 4 is a dead product. Better goes with Super Flight Planner 5 as the whole project files have been restored, therefore all my efforts will proceed on version 5.
Be aware that SFP 5 won't be as you expect, though it will retain several existing SFP4 features. I'm working on a bit more professional product with full IFR targeting. I only fly complex airliners therefore I need it. Right now I have already successfully implemented the new navaid DB, with full Level-D navaid database support. Next step, new moving map. Will keep informed about the job. Let me go restore now :(
